Please read your responsibilities. Know your limits and only do the level appropriate to you. By participating you are agreeing you have approval by your doctor to do so and you are responsible for yourself.

 

Responsibility, Liability, Risks:

Please understand these exercises are not personalised to your personal history. These exercises are general in natural with level options so that you can take responsibility for the level that is appropriate to your fitness level, your medical history and current medical conditions. You must have approval from your doctor before entering into a new fitness program and must take personal responsibility for your bodies limits and now push yourself beyond these limits.

By participating in any exercise you are exposing yourself to certain risks and by continuing with these exercises it is at your sole risk and responsibility . By participating you release, indemnify and hold harmless Natalee Anderson and Fat Burning Women, from and against all and any actions or claims in respect of or arising out of injury, loss damage or death. You are agreeing in the event that you are injured or your property is damaged, you will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against Natalee Anderson and Fat Burning Women in respect of that injury or damage.

By participating you acknowledge that you have either had a physical examination and been given my physician’s permission to participate, or that you have decided to participate in activity and use of equipment without the approval of your physician and you assume all responsibility for your participation and activities.
